Home Remedies For Hemorrhoids:
Aloe Vera:
You can apply Aloe Vera directly to the anus, in the same way you might apply Neo-Healar. This is a topical home remedy that may soothe the burning associated with hemorrhoids.
Natural Salve:
Use Bayberry, Myrrh, Goldenseal Root and White Oak and form into a salve. This may help relieve pain, burning and itching associated with hemorrhoids.
Witch Hazel:
This is a natural ingredient found in Venapro and can be applied with a cotton pad or q-tip. Witch Hazel can be applied three times a day and may help to contract the swollen varicose veins. For list of Venapro ingredients click here.
Vaseline:
Vaseline has worked for many hemorrhoid sufferers, especially if the hemorrhoids are external. What you can do is mix one teaspoon of Flowers of Sulfur with one tablespoon of Vaseline if you really want the hemorrhoid home remedy treatment, but Vaseline may work fine on its own.
Figs:
For a classic home remedy for hemorrhoids you may try soaking 3-4 figs in a glass of water and letting it sit for about 12 hours (overnight). Then you can consume the figs first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Black Cumin:
Cumin is a flowering plant and the black cumin is more rare than its white cousin. Roast 1 teaspoon of black cumin seeds and mix with a teaspoon of unroasted black cumin seeds. Then grind together until they are somewhat soluble in water. Mix half a teaspoon of the ground cumin powder mixture with a glass of water. Do this one time a day until the hemorrhoids are gone. Cumin powder can also be mixed with water to form a thick paste that can be applied to the anus to reduce pain.
Mango Seeds:
You have to wait for the mango season, but then stock up and collect the mango seeds, dry them in the shade, grind them into a powder and then store as a hemorrhoid home remedy medicine. You can then administer a dose of one and a half to two grams of the powder mixed with honey about two times a day.
White Radish:
Take 100 mg of grated raish and mix with a teaspoon of honey. Take twice a day to treat piles. You can also take white radish in the form of a juice with a pinch of salt in doses of about 60 to 90 ml twice a day (morning and night). You can also take white radish and grind it into a paste, mix it with milk and apply topically to the inflamed hemorrhoids for pain relief.
Milk And Banana:
Mash a banana and mix with milk and take three times a day. A food processor would work great to help prepare this home remedy.
Lemon Juice:
Take one teaspoon of lemon juice and mix with a teaspoon of mint leaf juice and a tablespoon of honey. Take this concoction three times a day until hemorrhoids are gone.
Coriander Juice:
Take a tablespoon of coriander juice and mix with 1 teaspoon of sugar three times a day. Coriander is an old world herb that resembles parsley.
Remember that you can take some of these together, maybe an oral and topical combination that fits your needs. If you are unsure about any of the home remedies above better not to take them without furthur consulting with your doctor. Remember that although these are home remedies for hemorrhoids, it does not mean they are safe for everyone.
